Ali Ogul and Milen Bakardzhiev – a Turkish-Bulgarian partnership, founded on a 16-year business relationship that began in 2007.
Our main goal is the construction of large-scale investment projects, and currently, we have several successfully completed buildings in Varna. Building construction requires careful planning and problem-solving. This is made possible thanks to our highly qualified team of professionals, to whom we owe our excellent professional reputation.

Founding of MGA Group Construction Company
United with our partners by a common goal – the construction of modern residential buildings, we founded MGA Group. Behind the company’s name stands a team of professionals proven over the years, led by the best managers. We Launched Our First Project
From just a dream and a simple drawing, the luxurious residential building MGA Medica subtly became a reality. Today, the complex is fully completed, and the apartments within it are sold out. We are proud to have succeeded in building a comfortable home with a convenient location, offering all opportunities for a wholesome and modern lifestyle.

With great excitement, we successfully concluded one of our boldest projects, into which we put a lot of effort.
